In Priima, it is possible to recommend courses to other users. The environment administrator can enable recommendations in the Admin > Courses > Recommendations view. Supervisors and environment administrators can recommend courses to users. The key functions related to referral are:
- You can only recommend such courses with direct joining or registration in use.
- The recommendation function is visible on all tabs of the course.
- The recommendation can be directed to individual users, groups, and managers to their own team.
- The recommendation can be canceled if necessary.
Recommended courses appear to learners in the Course Catalogue under the heading “Recommended Courses” and the learner can see from there who has recommended which course to him.
Once recommendations have been enabled from administration, a Recommend course button will appear on the first page of the course under the course name.
The recommended courses appear first in the course catalog. In connection with the courses, their recommenders are also displayed. By clicking on the recommender’s name, you can see which course or courses that person has recommended.
