Environment administrator can view, access and modify all the tests and question databases, regardless of the access settings of the tests and databases.
The environment administrator can access all tests and question databases within the environment through the profile icon’s Materials feature, where they can navigate to Files, Tests, and Question databases as before. In the Filter question databases and Filter Tests functions, the default selection can be changed from ‘Rights’ to ‘All’, allowing all tests and question databases within the environment to be visible. This enables tasks such as changing the owner of a specific test and/or question database, as well as editing the settings and questions of a test or question database if necessary.
