Administrator can enable Course types. This function is defined in Administration > Courses > Course Types. Default course types can be modified and additional types can be created as needed. The language versions of the course types are also managed in this same view. The course type can then be set for the course in the Settings > Details view.
In the course settings the course type can be set in Settings > Infofmation view. The course types defined in environment administration are available as a drop-down menu.
The development of the functionality continues and the purpose is, for example, that the course type could be used to filter courses on the dashboard, in the course catalog and in reports. We will provide more details on this further development within Priima release notes.
