In the courses, you can create Event block, whose purpose is to facilitate the implementation and management of events in Priima. One or more local or online events can be defined in the event block. In other words, an event can have several execution times.
One user can only be a participant at one time or location of the event.
Adding participants to events can happen in three different ways.
a) Environmental Administration > Courses > Events: This view shows all the events created for Priima’s different courses. Only users of the environment can be attached to the events. The user connected to the event is also connected to the course as a member.
b) In the event block of the course> Open > Participants. In this case, the settings of the event block must be set to allow trainers to add participants (so can course administrators). In this case, only course members can be added as participants.
c) In the settings of the event block, it can also be specified that the learner can register for the event themself.
We have also implemented a new authorization level feature “The user can manage events”. In this way, it is possible to create, for example, a new authorization level for users who manage event participants (for example, resource and training planners who manage event participants), where only course events are granted in the management view.

It is possible that course administrators create events for courses and environment administrators, resource providers and trainers can add participants to these events and remove them from events.
