The course may have forms. Forms can be used for, for example, various questionnaires, self-assessments and feedback at different stages of the course.
The form can be a mandatory task, in which case the completion will be acknowledged after the user has answered all the questions. The start and end time of the response can be specified in the form.
There are four different types of questions to choose from in the form:
- Grde (stars 1-5)
- Multiple choice (one answer option)
- Multiple choice (several answer options) and
- Open-ended question
Depending on the settings of the form, the answers to the form can be visible for other respondents. Either everyone can see everyone’s answers immediately after the answer or after the end of the answer period.
