This help page is for course creators and instructors<\/div>\n

You can add different forms to the course using the Form block. This feature can be used to implement, for example, various surveys, self-assessments and feedback at different stages of the course.<\/p>\n\n

The form can be made a mandatory task, in which case the completion will be acknowledged after the user has answered all the questions. The start and end time of the response can be specified in the form. The visibility of the answers to other respondents can be adjusted so that everyone can see everyone\u2019s answers either immediately after the answer or after the end of the answer period.<\/p>\n\n

There are four different types of questions to choose from in the form:<\/p>\n\n

  • Grade (stars 1-5)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Multiple choice (one answer option),<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Multiple choice (several answer options) and<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Open-ended question<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    The form has a Show detailed information button at the end of the answer line, and the user’s name opens with that user’s information.<\/p>\n\n

    Form responses can also be exported to a CSV file.<\/p>\n\n
