Use of the service

After login, the system opens to a dashboard or start page with all the essential functions of your role.

User interface language

You can change the language of the user interface from the top bar. The options are Finnish, Swedish, English, Estonian, Spanish and Russian.

Editing your personal information

You can edit your personal information by clicking on your profile picture. It is possible to limit the visibility of your personal data to other users.

Settings

Click on the profile picture to open find the Settings section. In the settings, you can modify the notification settings, i.e. determine whether you want to receive email notifications about assignments and courses that are due in two weeks or one week, as well as a daily notification on unread messages.

Privacy-related information that has been stored in the service (user profile, documents stored by the user, messages, comments, turn-ins and log) can also be downloaded as a CSV file from settings.

Changing your password

Change your password from the profile picture menu.

If a user integration has been enabled in Priima, for example by logging directly into the service with your organization’s account, the password cannot be changed in Priima.

Service log-out

The menu that opens from the profile picture can used to log out of the service. It is worth noting that the service does not ask you to confirm log out and will instead log you out immediately when the Log out button is clicked.
