Duplicating a course

The course can be copied into a new course. The course administrator can copy an active, ongoing course, or a closed course.

In the dashboard view, on the right side of the course card, behind the three dots, is the course’s Copy function.

When copying a course, all course content and most of the settings are copied to the new course. Copying does not transfer to the course:

  • Opening hours of the course. A newly copied course is in Closed mode by default.
  • Visibility of the course in the course catalog. The setting of the new copied course at this point is You cannot join or register for the course.
  • Course members. After copying, only the person who copied the course will be a member of the newly copied course.
