Deleting a result
It is possible to delete a course completion from a course member in the Course Results view using the Delete results function. You can only remove full course completions. (If the execution is only partially completed, then you can use the Give New Attempt function, which is described in more detail below.)
Results can be deleted from an individual learner or, using a mass function, from multiple learners or from all learners at once.

If deletion is selected, assessments are removed from tasks as follows:
- Returnbox: restored files are not deleted, but more content can be restored there for evaluation.
- Follow-uå block: comments are deleted, the completion can be marked again.
- Test: the obtained results are deleted, the test will be performed one or more times depending on the test settings.
- LTI block: results in a third-party system cannot be reset, but the execution mark will be removed.
- Mark as completed type acknowledgments are removed from course content blocks (for example a text or video block).
Completion of all assignments, including voluntary assignments, will be removed from the course. A special case is the Discussion block, which is ignored in the operation, ie the user’s messages are not deleted.
Upon deletion of a course completion, the course will be in Incomplete stage for that student, if it has already been completed, and then appears in Active Courses if the course membership is valid. In the reports, the course appears to the administrator in the Incomplete column because the course has started.
It is necessary to note at this point, if the course completions or assignment completions are deleted, that there is no historical information left in Priima that at some point the learner has completed or failed the course.
Give a new attempt
Sometimes there may be a need to give some learners a new clean attempt: the previous attempt may have been missed, for example due to the end of the membership, or the attempt may have been failed. In the Course Results view, the user is selected, and then Give new attempt. The contents of the previous answers will be cleared and the learner will be able to start the course from the very beginning. The course returns to the Not Started state for the learner.
