It is possible to add a course completion to a learner in the course’s Results view with the Add result function. In practice, this may be necessary, for example, if the learner has completed similar training outside Priima and we want to give the learner a completion mark for the course, however, in Priima.
Here, it is good to note that when adding a course results, all the required tasks of the user are acknowledged as completed, even if he or she has not done them. This is why Priima asks a confirmation while adding course results.
A completion can be added to an individual learner or, using a mass function, to multiple or all learners at once. By default, thecompletion date is the current day, but the date can be changed when adding the result.
View from the bottom of the Results page where the function is located

When you click the Add Results button, you can then select course members who do not yet have a completion. Members can be selected individually, based on course status, or by group.

Once the members have been selected, click the Add Results button at the bottom of the page. You will then be able to set the course completion date.

A single completion date can be assigned to all selected members at once. If different completion dates are needed for different individuals, they must be processed in separate additions.
