Priima includes YouTube and Vimeo integrations that make it possible to add video material from these services to courses. Videos are added to the desired block in the content editor’s video block, either by entering the address of the video or by using a search feature that allows you to search for videos directly from the selected service. Videos set as hidden or public can be brought into Priima. Note that YouTube does not allow you to share a link to a private YouTube video.
If the Media Service is used in the Priima environment, then it is possible to upload your own videos as files to the Priima section in the Materials section, where they are encoded when imported into the environment. Videos can then be published in the course or students can pick them up in response to the Return Task. The maximum size of a single downloadable video file is 4 GB. Videos are streamed at 1280×720 resolution with a 1000k bitstream if the original video is also of good quality. (Media service is an additional service for a fee.)
