If open badges have been implemented in Priima, the reports use the Open badges view, where you can track the badges awarded from Priima courses. At this point, it is good to note that your learning environment does not necessarily have open badges in use.
You can search for users, open badges and courses the with Search or Filter functions. Filtering is possible by group. If additional data fields are enabled in Priima, they can also be used in filtering.

When Open Badge Factory service is connected to Priima, it is possible to show also milestone badges in Priima. Milestone badges are shown in their on section in users´ profile.
Open Badges report shows which courses users have received their open badges from, or whether they are milestone badges or otherwise only badges awarded in the Open Badge Factory. Priima retrieves milestone badge data from the Open Badge Factory once a day, but it can also be retrieved more frequently with a separate Update feature that appears in the Report / Open Badges view. As a general rule, the user receives a message about the awarding of badges during a night retrieve, but if the Update function is used, the messages are posted immediately from the earned open badges.
Example:
In OBF it is defined that by earning open badges A, B and C, the user is awarded with the milestone badge M1.
It is specified in Priima that the user receives one open badge for each course A, course B and course C he / she completes, ie the three open badges required for the milestone badge. Once these courses have been completed in Priima, the following night the completion data is transmitted to the OBF service and the user is automatically awarded the milestone badge M1, which then appears in the profile of the user who earned the badge.
Open badge administration is always done at Open Badge Factory.
